1、Project Development

 

Location: HK/Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of target countries’ macro-environment, power sector dynamics, and renewable energy policies. Provide data-driven recommendations on prioritized investment countries, sustainable business development/investment models, and project screening criteria for opportunities’ evaluation.
  • Pipeline / Project Development: Identify, screen, and maintain a database of key local partners (e.g., energy-focused investment banks, developers, IPPs, funds, EPC contractors, advisor firms). Foster regular engagement to source and develop pipeline projects. Work closely with local team to facilitate the implementation of annual tasks and targets.
  • Deal Execution Support:Actively participate in and coordinate cross-functional internal teams throughout the execution of investment and M&A projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor+ in Engineering, Energy Planning,or related majors; master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years in project development, management consulting or infrastructure advisory.
  • Familiar with the Latin American or Southeast Asian new-energy power-station markets and possess highly relevant project experience in those regions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willing to travel.

 

2、Project Financing

 

Location: Colombia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the structuring and execution of project-level financing, including senior debt, guarantee facilities, and insurance-backed credit enhancement solutions.
  • Build and maintain a global lender and guarantor mapping, covering commercial banks, policy banks, DFIs, ECAs, guarantee companies, and insurers active in renewable energy and infrastructure finance.
  • Design bankability strategies aligned with project characteristics, jurisdictional risk, and sponsor profile.
  • Manage the full financing lifecycle, from early lender engagement and term sheet negotiation through credit approvals, documentation, and financial close.
  • Act as the company’s centralized interface with banks, guarantors, and insurers, coordinating technical, legal, and commercial workstreams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in project-finance syndication or energy-lending desk at an international commercial bank in Latin America.
  • Demonstrated track record of at least three closed limited-recourse deals in solar, onshore wind, battery storage or green-field transmission.
  • Fluency in English.

 

3、Project Development Engineer (Electrical/Renewable Energy Direction)

 

Location: Colombia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead early-stage technical development for renewable projects (PV/wind), including feasibility assessments, site surveys, and construction design review.
  • Prepare project screening reports and techno-economic models (CAPEX, OPEX, revenue forecasts).
  • Coordinate with partners, EPC contractors, and suppliers to advance projects to financial close; provide electrical engineering support and on-site coordination during construction.
  • Monitor policy updates, grid-connection requirements, and grid-code changes in target markets.
  • Support negotiations and finalization of investment/EPC contracts with a focus on technical terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in electrical engineering, power systems or renewable energy preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing at least two renewable-energy projects (PV, wind or storage), with full early-stage development experience from green-field to ready-to-build.
  • Hands-on involvement in one or more renewable projects through the entire construction cycle; familiar with on-site coordination and technical support from groundbreaking to COD.
  • Fluency in English.

 

4、Site Manager

 

Location:the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Site Management: Lead EPC and supplier coordination, site planning, progress tracking, and safety committees to achieve zero incidents.
  • Contract & Cost Control: Enforce contract compliance, review payments and variations, and manage claims for final settlement.
  • Quality & Grid Compliance: Oversee phased inspections, grid connection tests, and defect closure.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as primary on-site representative; resolve community issues to prevent work stoppages.
  • Project Handover: Manage documentation, asset transfer, and support initial O&M performance testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Civil, Energy, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 8+ years in PV/wind project management, with at least two 30MW+ full-cycle utility projects.
  • Fluency in English.
